Our background is in renovating property, specifically in this location, since 2001.

Having completed 86 refurbishments, rather than basic “Magnolia Makeovers” or “Glam and Lam” refurbs we pay attention to both the small and the large details, from chrome fittings, sockets and USB ports, to presentable colours, fashionable bathrooms and refurbed kitchens. Gardens are also addressed to give a useable outside space.

Properties are fully re-wired and often have a replacement boiler too.

Also, as standard our homes are fitted with linked fire and heat alarms and subtle, but powerful emergency lighting in case of power cut or emergency exit.

Having rented properties since 1997, we’ve learned from our mistakes so now all homes have emergency cover, just in case things go wrong for plumbing, electrics, pests or security.
