"Dan’s service whilst our landlord was always spot on with a very good attention to detail. We moved in with a promise of the garden being tidied up. We agreed a date for the work to commence whilst we were on a week away as a family. We arrived home to the most perfect surprise of a brand new garden which our little boy could safely play in. We did have two issues during our time as Dan’s tenants. One where the smoke alarm was faulty. This was replaced within 24 hours. The other was an issue with the boiler. Even though this took longer to fix than first anticipated, we had regular communication and minimal disruption. All in all we had a great experience and we could not recommend Dan highly enough."
