A NEW START: This property had been returned by a long term tenant and alongside the need for renovation, unfortunately it had not been well loved and we had often been refused access for inspections.

This was an extensive project. Along with the usual internal "template" improvements, the roof needed renewing, brickwork re-pointed, flooring replaced and a chance to make the ground floor work better with a kitchen/diner and installing patio doors.

This was much more than a cosmetic refurb - from giving flexibility on the ground floor, to giving the garden a full makeover, ready to be enjoyed by the new clients.
