From Store Room to 2 Bed Flat! This property had been used a store room for building materials and hadn't been touched in 3 1/2 years!

We started with an empty shell that needed to be turned into a 2 bedroom flat!

During

Two skips and a lot of lifting to clear the site plus bricking up old access and we were ready to begin! We started with drainage reconfiguration, insulation and floor pour, before the partioning went up to great the rooms!

After

Whilst we used our standard Rover Homes template in this flat, we did make a couple of improvements, using acoustic glass windows to block out the noise of the dual carriage way, plus partial glass interior doors to maximise light in a dark corridor. The finish is first class.
