While a long term rental in the flat and the barbers, a single family let made more sense. There was a VERY small kitchen at the rear of the property for the flat, so the old outbuildings and external loo were demolished and re-built to make room for a 8m2 kitchen extension.

Along with full refurbishment of the flat and encompassing the old Barbers, the enclosed back garden was given a makeover including a seating area. The low garden wall was made with re-claimed bricks from the old extension.
