ALMOST A SHAME: This house had been lovingly maintained by it's owners, but needed full modernisation. We were a bit sad to remove some of the wallpapers, but a full re-wire was required.

The property was an older, but exceptionally well kept concrete construction home. It had three good sized bedrooms and an excellent array of wallpapers! It was a shame to remove some of them!

With the challenges of lockdown, materials were in short supply and social distancing was required which brought it's own challenges! A full refurbishment (including double glazing) of the property was required.

Following the substantial works, the property is now a comfortable family home again, but with the benefit of new double glazing, full re-wire, fully reconfigured and replaced kitchen and bathroom and brand new efficient boiler.
